Your privacy is very important to us and we strive hard to ensure complete protection of your information. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

○ We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
○ We will make the information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information readily available to our customers.
We are committed to conducting our business following these principles to ensure that the confidentiality of your personal information is protected and maintained.
HELYXON Healthcare Solutions Pvt India does not directly collect any personal information. HELYXON is a service provider and patient particulars are added by the clinic/hospital/doctor who avail services of HELYXON.
If you strongly believe that your data has been wrongly added and should not be in the systems and you wish to remove your information from our systems, then you may please reach out to your hospital/doctor/clinic. They would be in a position to remove your data. Alternatively, you could write to us with the details of Name, MR Number, Mobile number to privacyofficer@helyxon.com should you find that your doctor/hospital/clinic was not able to remove the record. Please note that when a record is removed all medical information including diagnosis, prescriptions, growth data, milestone data, memories etc., would be completely removed and you will not have access to this information in future.
Location Data (Android & iOS)
We may request access to your device’s location (precise and/or approximate) in our Android and iOS apps solely to enable app functionality (for example, geo-tagging a visit, locating nearby facilities, or pre-filling address information). We do not share location data with any third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
○ Purpose disclosure: Before or at the time of requesting permission, the app will clearly state why location access is needed.
○ Collection & use: Location data is collected only while the relevant feature is in use and only for the purposes described above, or other compatible purposes permitted by law.
○ User control: You can allow or deny location permissions at any time in your device settings. Some app features may not function without location access.
○ No third-party sharing: Location data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It is used only within HELYXON systems to provide the requested service to you and your healthcare provider.
○ Retention: We retain location data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.
○ Deletion on removal: When a record is removed (whether by your clinic/hospital/doctor or via a verified request to our privacy officer), the associated location data is also deleted along with other medical information.
○ Security: Location data is protected using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
